Martial Art Classes
Little Dragons (ages 3-5 yrs) Our Children's program is specially designed to teach kids confidence, focus, discipline, leadership, and self defense in a fun, non-threatening manner.
Youth Karate (ages 6-12 yrs) This high energy class is a great way to get kids active, build the self confidence and discipline they need to succeed, and develop strong character traits that last a lifetime.
Family Class (ages 6 yrs & older) A family that kicks together, sticks together. This unique class offers you the opportunity to train with your children. You will be amazed by the incredible bond created when your family earns their blackbelts all together. It's an experience you will cherish forever!
Teen and Adult Karate (ages 13 yrs & older) These classes, reserved exclusively for our older students provide an oasis away from the stress of day-to-day life. A strong combination of physical exercise and martial arts make this class the perfect option for creating a better you, both mentally and physically.
Women's Karate (ages 13 yrs & older) These classes, reserved exclusively for our female students, provide a safe and comfortable environment for every woman to develop the courage, inner strength and practical skills needed to protect herself in a dangerous world, all while having fun and getting into shape with other like-minded women.
Cardio Kickboxing (ages 13 yrs & older) This hard core cardio workout is great for any Teen or Adult interested in getting into shape, building muscle tone, and developing key martial art strikes in a fun, self-paced class.
Weapons (Youth ages 8-12yrs, Teen/Adult ages 13 yrs +) Students must be both focused and serious during their training to attend this specialty class, which explores fighting with arnis sticks, bo staff, nunchaku, sword, kama, and knives (knife training is reserved for teens and adults only).
Sparring (Youth ages 8-12 yrs, Teen/Adult ages 13 yrs+) Students must own the mandatory safety pads to attend this specialty class, which tests martial arts skill and training against a live opponent in a safe and controlled setting.
Grappling (Youth ages 8-12yrs, Teen/Adult ages 13 yrs+) Proficiency in ground fighting is a valuable tool for self defense; plus, it's really fun! Join us in this detailed class that studies the art of jujutsu and teaches you how to use leverage to defeat an opponent on the ground.
