Our annual women's self-defense seminar will be held on two dates this year: Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 or Sunday, March 30th from 12-5pm.  I strongly feel that every female age 13yrs and older should attend this possibly lifesaving seminar; consequently, the price for this 5 hour seminar is only $150/person.  Talk with your co-workers, family, and friends and invite all of them to join us!
